we're born into this world, full of expectations . we're given our basic needs at birth, our family. then we grow and learn more about the world. our 'needs' develop and our wants grow. we get more of what we want and try to get everything that we think we 'need'. yet, as we grow up, we begin to lose things we need . people are taken away from us, and then again, we meet new people discover new things .

you fight with your best friend, you argue, you scream, you shout, then turn around and you love, you smile, you laugh . but at the end of the day, theyre still your best friend. then the leaf turns, and theyve changed, gone . you lose your best friend . but, can you really just replace them with another friend someone that could just full up that missing spot ? its your choice . your decision .

then . you lose family . whether blood related or people who are close enough to be family. maybe theyve moved, maybe things arent what they use to be, maybe you found out the truth . maybe it isnt family after all. but, is there really any replacement for family? you can answer that one too.

and then theres those fucked up relationships that you have with people. like i always say, love-hate relationships. one moment, youre the best of mates and everythings perfect, but then. something happens and you hate each others guts. its this constant uphill, downhill battle against the two of you. once in a while, you reach a valley where its flat and it feels as though nothing can go wrong. but right ahead, you see the climb. maybe this time, you can walk around the mountain, it might take some time, but maybe its better for the both of you . maybe .

if you love someone, tell them. i wake up every morning and the first thing i do is go look for my mum and give her a hug. whenever i wake up and shes not there, a part of me is missing and i go to school feeling as though ive left something at home. im serious . like life has taught us, if you love something, let it know. maybe its your family, maybe its your friends. tell them . cause one day, you could wake up, and it could be all different. they could be gone. things couldve changed. but, never ever lie . dont pretend that you love someone, when you dont. cause what happens at the end, someone will get hurt. trust me, i know .

shit happens. but what can we do? smile . or at least try to .
